All of our books have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us for
full refund or exchange. Books must be returned to us within 15 days (30 days
for international shipments) from date of delivery. Please note that your full
refund may not include shipping and handling charges.
FishBookStore.com is currently unable to accept returns of
software or CD-Roms.
Return / Exchange
Procedure
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
by contacting our Customer Service department by
email
(orders@fishbookstore.com).
- For our own reference, please state why the
product is being returned.
- Include ON and IN your returned package the
RAN.
- If you request a replacement, we will ship
your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you
need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than
a replacement), when you obtain your RAN. Then place a new order. The new
order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit
will be applied approximately 7-10 days after we receive the product you are
returning.
Once we receive your returned product, we will credit your
credit card with the appropriate amount or exchange the item.
